This is been used where the quantity of adhesive used is high, in order to get better coverage, faster production, high bonding strength and faster bonding.

Ensure that the surface to be bonded is clean and dry. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove any dirt, grease etc. Then apply the adhesive on both surfaces evenly and allow drying within 5 mins. Now join both surfaces and press well for about 6-8 hours to get a strong and perfect bond. Care should be taken to avoid trapping of air during joining.
